The Board scheduled a future discussion and vote on whether to request the recreational-delivery waiver.

The Selectboard discussed the state cannabis reform law and the municipal waiver available for recreational delivery. The minutes say medical delivery could not be blocked and record a question from member Davenport about state fee revenue not benefiting Hampden.

The Board voted 2-1 to request the waiver; the Town Administrator was directed to draft it.
